How many of you have finished the last Harry Potter book. If you are from my family I suspect you finished within a day of getting it but that is only because we all love books. Myself I picked the book up at at midnight July 21st and stayed up till 7 Saturday morning to finish it. I read it straight through with no skipping to the end like a lot of people did. I enjoyed the book and was quite happy
with the ending. I was really expecting Harry to die and was pleasantly surprised. The only thing I wished was that they had finished school. I realize they had to look for the Horcurxes but I missed the school atmosphere of the other books. I loved the battle for the school in the end though. The whole Elder Wand thing was a bit confusing but I liked that Harry didn't actually kill Voldemort because Voldemorts curse rebounded off the shield that Harry put up. All in all it was a good ending to the best books to come around for a long time.
